Our Story
We work closely with sellers and buyers and act as trusted advisors to our clients. While we work in all areas of commercial real estate, we specialize in investment sales, industrial and landlord/tenant representation. We also advise clients in 1031 and Opportunity Zone deals.
Stratera Commercial and our sister company, Stratera Residential started in January, 2022. We bring 30+ years of real estate sales experience to the table and have connections into the development and investment worlds. We can help bring your project to life whether it’s a value-add redevelopment project or a new residential or multifamily community development. Or, if you’re simply ready to liquidate your holdings and reinvest them somewhere else, we can advise you on pricing, marketing and financial analysis of your options.
